Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails for any reason on our side or the provider's, every credit it used is returned to your account automatically. If it returns fewer images than you asked for, the credits for the missing images are returned. You'll see each refund in your credit history.

Unused credits

You can get your money back for credits you haven't used within 14 days of purchase. If you've used part of a pack, we refund the unused credits pro rata at the per-credit price you paid. Free sign-up credits have no cash value.

Finished images

Because each image uses paid GPU time, we don't normally refund credits for images that generated successfully. If a finished image is clearly broken (for example, a blank or corrupted file), write to us within 7 days and we'll return the credits.

How to ask

Email support@mossimageai.store from the address on your account with your order date. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. Credits from a disputed or refunded payment are removed from your account.
